- Our ground partner in Tenerife (Oasis Rent a Car) — who physically provide and deliver the vehicle to you. They receive your name, booking dates, pick-up location and hotel name (if provided) so they can prepare and deliver your car.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with any other third parties — no advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies or mailing list providers.
5. Payment Information
We do not collect, store or process any payment card information through this website. All payments are made in cash or by card in person when you collect your vehicle. There is no online payment step in our booking process.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your booking information for a period of 2 years from the date of your rental. This allows us to handle any follow-up queries, disputes or legal obligations that may arise. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems.
